1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ea3333 website located at ea3333.vip, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any services offered by ea3333 ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use ea3333 in any capacity.

Any winnings accrued during the period in which a player was found to be under the age of 18 will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ea3333. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, same mobile number, same payment method, or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. ea3333 actively monitors for duplicate accounts, and any such accounts will be closed upon detection with all associated funds and winnings subject to review and possible forfeiture.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

ea3333 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as part of its account management obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ea3333 supports a range of locally relevant payment methods for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions on the ea3333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts for each payment method are displayed within the ea3333 cashier at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your ea3333 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact ea3333 customer support with your transaction reference number.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending documentation.
• ea3333 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ea3333 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made using a specific payment method must, where technically possible, be withdrawn to the same payment method.
• ea3333 reserves the right to request the return of funds deposited in error or as a result of a technical fault. Where such a fault results in an incorrect account credit, ea3333 may reverse the transaction without prior notice.
• Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit through your payment provider while simultaneously retaining associated winnings constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ea3333 offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ea3333 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one (1) account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• ea3333 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusion.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ea3333 platform are provided by third-party certified game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ea3333 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

12 Suspension & Termination

ea3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or other legal obligation requiring ea3333 to do so.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ea3333 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy.

Upon termination for breach, ea3333 reserves the right to withhold all bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits not subject to any ongoing investigation may be returned to the player via the original payment method, at ea3333's discretion and subject to verification.

You may close your ea3333 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ea3333 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, ea3333 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ea3333 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ea3333 regarding any aspect of these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through direct communication with ea3333 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute mechanisms available under applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
